DC/MD+ Multi-State Concealed Carry

One 16-hour course designed to satisfy the published training requirements for DC and Maryland, with an Arizona multi-state training certificate included.

Class format

  • Day 1: 10:00 AM–8:00 PM
  • Day 2: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
  • In-person classroom and one-on-one live-fire range training
  • Published times and range location are subject to change

Range qualification

  • At least two hours of live-fire range training
  • 50-round qualification from up to 15 yards
  • A qualifying score of at least 70%

Before class

Know before you register.

  • No prior training or firearm ownership is required.
  • Students must be legally able to possess a firearm and present valid government photo identification.
  • Handguns and holsters are available for qualification; students may bring their own firearm.
  • No live ammunition is permitted during classroom instruction.
  • Fingerprinting and government application fees are not included.
  • Training is non-refundable. One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice.
