Class format
- Hybrid option: four Tuesday and Thursday Zoom sessions from 6:00–10:00 PM, plus range qualification
- In-person option: two full days, including range qualification

Maryland CCW
Maryland Wear & Carry Permit Training
A 16-hour Maryland permit course with classroom instruction and mandatory live-fire qualification.
Range qualification
- At least two hours of live-fire range training
- 25-round qualification from up to 15 yards
- A qualifying score of at least 70%

Before class
Know before you register.
- No prior training or firearm ownership is required.
- Students must be legally able to possess a firearm and present valid government photo identification.
- Handguns and holsters are available for qualification; students may bring their own firearm.
- No live ammunition is permitted during classroom instruction.
- Fingerprinting and government application fees are not included.
- Training is non-refundable. One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice.
