Renewal - MD CCW
Renewal instruction and live-fire qualification for active Maryland Wear & Carry Permit holders.
Range qualification
- Active Maryland Wear & Carry Permit required
- Live-fire safety and proficiency with a minimum score of 70%
- Bring a carry firearm and at least 25 rounds unless instructed otherwise

Before class
Know before you register.
- No prior training or firearm ownership is required.
- Students must be legally able to possess a firearm and present valid government photo identification.
- Handguns and holsters are available for qualification; students may bring their own firearm.
- No live ammunition is permitted during classroom instruction.
- Fingerprinting and government application fees are not included.
- Training is non-refundable. One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice.
